A Facility that Attracts
Multiple Generations of Local Town
An interior project for a satellite facility of a special elderly nursing home. The site is in a residential area which was developed some forty years ago, which has an aging residents. We have intended to rejuvenate the local community, by installing cafe, a small general store, public space at the first floor of the building. A lobby lounge of a hotel was the sample image for this first floor, while serviced apartments were that for the second and third floor where the users live.
