The composite facility with a support center for continuous eployment and a group home for peolpe with diasabilities, in Sagamihara, Kanagawa. In this site, many kinds of manufacturing industry have flourished. From this history, the concept is “Show and See” for the reason that we aimed the enviroment where everyone with disabilities can work with pride. It makes the public know about people with disabilities and it gains their motivation of working that users’ working is seen by pedistrians.
